Restrooms

In order to be able to guarantee species-appropriate husbandry, the family acquired its own small herd of Galloway cattle in 2017. This is particularly about the well-being of the animals and species-appropriate rearing in free-range husbandry. In reference to this special project, wallpaper and pictures of these wonderful animals have been placed in the corridors and toilets. This is intended to put a smile on the guests' faces, but at the same time to create awareness of the preparation of the dishes in the restaurant.
